Itinerary


Day 0 – Delhi to Manali


Evening: Group pickup from Delhi in Volvo or traveler
Begin your journey in the electric pulse of Delhi, where city noise fades into the anticipation of the mountains.

Journey: Overnight ride to the Himalayas
As you travel overnight, let the road lead you from the familiar chaos of city life to the vast stillness of Himachal’s heart.

Nature Shift: From city lights to mountain silence


Day 1 – River of Resistance | Chikka (Hamta Valley)


📍 Hike to Chikka waterfall and meadows
Hidden in the folds of Hamta Valley, Chikka is a wild blend of pine forests, glacier-fed streams, and highland meadows — the perfect stage for confronting fear and surrendering to flow.

Adventure: Ice-cold glacier dip – face the fear, don’t fight it
Meditation: Awareness – grounding breath by the stream
Mind Unblock: Notice the voice of fear within
Sound Healing: Bowls under tall pines
Nature: Waterfalls, pine forests, and wild meadows
Stay: Tents near the Hamta river under the stars


Day 2 – The Still Needle | Jispa (Chenab Riverside)


📍 Drive via Tandi to Jispa along the Chenab River
Jispa is a riverside village nestled beside the sacred Chenab, where emerald waters snake through alpine landscapes. With snowy peaks above and endless sky around, it’s a sanctuary for reflection and renewal.

Adventure 1: Bungee Jumping – drop into fear, rise in clarity
Adventure 2: Acupuncture/pressure – witness fear in discomfort
Meditation: Emptiness – you are not your thoughts
Mind Unblock: Sketch or write your Inner Critic
Sound Healing: Drumming by riverside
Nature: Alpine views, sacred Chenab river, open skies
Stay: Premium hot tents beside the river


Day 3 – Hunger Gap | Gombo Ranjan Region


📍 Drive via Shinku La, glimpse Gombo Ranjan peak
This remote stretch is guarded by Gombo Ranjan — a peak revered by monks and wanderers alike. Stark, silent, and humbling, this land invites you to sit with your hunger, your stories, and your truth.

Adventure: Silent fast – fear of craving, faced mindfully
Meditation: Aloneness – sit through inner stories
Mind Unblock: Burn fears that hold you back
Sound Healing: Minimal sounds in vast stillness
Nature: Under Gombo Ranjan’s gaze, beside a quiet river
Stay: Raw riverside tents in a secluded spot



Day 4 – The Edge Walk | Phuktal Monastery & Purne


📍 Trek to cliffside monastery, stay at village near river
Perched like a miracle on a cliff face, Phuktal Monastery is only accessible by a winding mountain trail. It overlooks the Tsarap River in spiritual silence, holding centuries of wisdom within its stone walls.

Adventure: Silent steep walk – observe fear rising
Meditation: Fear vs. Suffering – the reaction is the prison
Mind Unblock: Share your truth in a held circle
Sound Healing: Echoes inside monastery cave
Nature: Hanging monastery, infinite silence, flowing river
Stay: Homestay or tent near Purne


Day 5 – Circle of Fire | Manali Apple Orchards


📍 Return to Manali via  Sissu
After raw landscapes, return to the lush embrace of Manali’s apple orchards. Fragrant, fertile, and full of life, this setting becomes your sacred ground to integrate, release, and celebrate.

Adventure: Firewalk or ash walk – a symbolic fear-crossing
Meditation: Impermanence – let fear rise and pass
Mind Unblock: Create your Soul Token
Sound Healing: Tribe jam in orchard
Nature: Apple trees, birdsong, bonfire under stars
Stay: Orchard cottages or tents in Sethan


Day 6 – Fly Like the Wind | Manali → Delhi


📍 Morning paragliding at Dobhi, followed by return journey
Dobhi offers a breathtaking farewell — where you launch off a mountain ledge and fly with the wind. Below lie the valleys that changed you, above spreads the sky you now trust.

Adventure: Paragliding at Dobhi – soar through fear, ride the wind
Tribe Moment: Group brunch, reflections, final connection circle
Nature Highlight: Aerial goodbye to the valleys and rivers you journeyed through
Departure: Leave in the morning via traveler bus or Volvo
Arrival: Reach Delhi by night, lighter, clearer, and more alive

Inclusions

  • Transportation from Delhi to Delhi.
  • Accommodation on sharing basis as per itinerary in Hotel/Homestay/Hot tent.

Special activities 

There will be special activities included in the trip, such as trekking, camping, and sightseeing. Additionally, we will have a group bonfire and games night.


Full filmography of the trip

Our tribe will capture the entire trip on video, from start to finish, so that you can relive your memories anytime you want.


Individual reels and photography: 

Our Tribe will also take individual reels and photographs of each other during the trip, so that we can have personalized memories of your journey with us. We will provide you with some tips to improve your photography & videography skills as well.


Morning meditation or yoga session

We will have a morning meditation or yoga session to start the day on a peaceful note. The session will be conducted by a professional instructor to help you relax and rejuvenate.


Stargazing activities:

We will also have stargazing activities included in the trip, where we will witness the mesmerizing beauty of the night sky. Our team will provide you with some interesting information about constellations and the night sky, and we will use a telescope to enhance the experience.
